Payment Policy

25,000 Rwf registration fee

1M Rwf per term for 18 months to 5 years old  

5,000 Rwf  Saturdays for 9-12p OR 1-4p

*20% off fees for the month with a referral that is enrolled in CH ELC

*ALL FEES DUE BY THE START DATE OF THE TERM*

Proof of Payment: Receipts will be issued only when proof of payment has been submitted to finance.CHELC@gmail.com

Late Payments: In the event that any payment shall be more than five (5) days late, CHELC shall have the right to withhold any and all services for the student. The student shall resume attendance at CHELC once payment is made.

​

Refunds & Withdrawals: New student registration fees are non-refundable.  CHELC reserves the right to cancel enrollment if it is deemed to be in the best interest of the child or the school.
